Relationship &
Intimacy Coach

For couples and individuals navigating attachment, intimacy, sexuality, and the changes of midlife and menopause

Rachel’s lived experience professionally as an educator as well as interpersonally, in her own relationships and academic pursuits of philosophy, comparative religions, history and world literature give an essence of talking and working with a humble elder.  Her ability to “read between the lines” and help guide and ask questions about the soul without scaring it away are unique in our modern culture.  -RP, Denver, in-person and online male client

Live and love from what is true, not from what you've inherited.

The patterns that are making you suffer didn't begin with this relationship, and they won't end with it until they're seen clearly. I help people live and love from what is true rather than from what they've inherited.

This work isn't about fixing you or arriving at a predetermined outcome. It's about creating enough safety, awareness, and honesty that what is true can emerge—and having the courage to build a life around it.

What if the problem isn't your relationships? What if it's the paradigms the relationships have been living inside?

Who I Work With

This work is for individuals, couples, women, men, and people of all genders who want relationships rooted in authenticity rather than inherited expectations. We don't just talk about change—we work with the body, because that's where these patterns live and where they can transform.

What We Can Work With

Together we explore attachment, communication, sexuality, embodiment, nervous system regulation, and the cultural stories that shape how we love.

Relationships in Midlife and Menopause

For many women and folks assigned female at birth, perimenopause and menopause become a season when old ways of living can no longer be sustained. The body refuses to carry what isn't true, inviting relationships—and a life—that are more honest, integrated, and fully your own.

My Approach

Most of my work with clients weaves together somatic (body-based) practice, exploration of the cultural stories and societal paradigms that shape our relationships, and a deeper understanding of attachment patterns. I also bring particular experience and interest in supporting people through the perimenopausal and menopausal transition—a time when changes in the body, sexuality, identity, and relationships can bring old patterns to the surface and invite something new. Whether you are struggling with these changes yourself or trying to understand and support a partner, we can explore what is happening with curiosity, compassion, and without judgment.

We'll begin with a free 20 minute call to verify fit.

You opened things up for me so fast. You hold something so powerful--your perspectives, the sharpness of the laser, your ability to see, ask the questions, name what needs to be named, has been magic.
